Dr. Kevin Luan

Dr. Kevin Luan is a Board-Certified Periodontist and Dental Implant Surgeon with an interest in advanced techniques in surgical periodontics and implant therapy. Originally from the U.K., he received his dental degree from King’s College London, England, and was awarded the Frank Ashley Prize from the British Society of Periodontology. Following graduation, Dr. Luan was selected as a Thouron Scholar to attend the University of Pennsylvania where he completed his specialist training in Periodontics.
Dr. Luan began his career as an award-winning faculty member at the University Of Illinois College Of Dentistry in Chicago where he was Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Periodontics. Passionate about dental education, he serves as a National Dental Board licensure examiner for the Commission of Dental Competency Assessments.
Dr. Luan is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, Nevins Biohorizons Fellow of the American Academy of Periodontology Foundation, and a Fellow of the International College of Dentists.
